The parties hereby stipulate that, as between them, the foregoing matters are important, material, and confidential, and gravely affect the effective and successful conduct of the business of employer, and its good will, and that any breach of the term of this section is a material breach of this agreement.

8. OPTION TO TERMINATE ON PERMANENT DISABILITY OF EMPLOYEE
Not withstanding anything in this agreement to the contrary, employer is hereby given the option to terminate this agreement in the event that during the term hereof employee shall become permanently disabled, as the term “permanently disabled” is hereinafter fixed and defined. Such option shall be exercised by employer giving notice to employee by registered mail, addressed to him in care of employer at the above stated address, or at such other address as employee shall designate in writing, of its intention to terminate this agreement on the last day of the month during which such notice is mailed. On the giving of such notice this agreement and the term hereof shall cease and come to an end on the last day of the month in which the notice is mailed, with the same force and effect as if such last day of the month were the date originally set forth as the termination date. For purposes of this agreement, employee shall be deemed to have become permanently disabled if, during any year of the term hereof, becauseof ill health, physical, or mental disability, or for other causes beyond his control, he shall have been continously unable or unwilling or have failed to perform his duties hereunder for thirty (30) consecutive days, or if, during anyyear of the term hereof, he shall have been unable or unwilling or have failed to perform his duties for a total period of thirty (30) days, whether consecutive or not. For the purposes hereof, the term “any year of the term hereof” is defined to mean any period of 12 calendar months commencing on the first day of ______ and terminating on the last day of ______ of the following year during the term here of.

8. PILIHAN UNTUK MENGAKHIRI PERJANJIAN PADA CACAT SEUMUR HIDUP PIHAK II
Tidak menahan apapun dalam perjanjian ini, Pihak I dengan ini memberikan pilihan untuk mengakhiri perjanjian ini sekiranya selama syarat tersebut Pihak II dalam keadaan cacat seumur hidup , karena syarat ”cacat seumur hidup” selanjutnya ditegaskan dan ditetapkan. Pilihan tersebut akan harus dilaksanakan oleh Pihak I dengan memberikan peringatan kepada Pihak II melalui surat resmi, yang dialamatkan kepadanya dari Pihak I dengan alamat yang telah dituliskan diatas, atau alamat lain yang sebagaimana Pihak II sebutkan, ini dimaksudkan untuk mengakhiri perjanjian ini pada hari terakhir dari bulan dimana pemberitahuan ini dikirimkan. Dalam memberikan pemberitahuan perjanjian ini dan syarat tersebut dihentikan dan berakhir pada hari terakhir dari bulan dimana pemberitahuan ini dikirimkan, dengan kekuatan yang sama dan efek seolah-olah seperti hari terakhir dari bulan yang secara semula telah ditetapkan sebagai tanggal penghentian. Dengan tujuan dari perjanjian ini, Pihak II akan dianggap cacat seumur hidup jika, selama tahun tersebut, karena cacat jasmani atau mental, atau penyebab-penyebab lain diluar kendalinya, ia terus-menerus akan tidak bisa atau tidak mampu atau gagal melakukan pekerjaannya kurang dari 30 hari berturut-turut, atau jika, selama tahun tersebut, Ia tidak bisa dan tidak mampu atau gagal melakukan pekerjaannya selama 30 hari penuh, baik berturut-turut atau tidak. Dengan tujuan tersebut, syarat “pada tahun tersebut” dimaksudkan untuk jangka waktu 12 bulan dimulai pada hari pertama ______ dan diakhiri pada hari terakhir______ pada tahun berikutnya dengan syarat tersebut.

9. DISCONTINUANCE OF BUSINESS AS TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
Anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding, in the event that employer shall discontinue operation at the premises mentioned above, then this agreement shall cease and terminate as of last day of the month in which operations cease with the same force and effect as if such last day of the month were originally set forth as the termination date hereof.

11. SYARAT-SYARAT PERJANJIAN YANG MENJADI EKSKLUSIF

Employment Agreement

This agreement made and entered into this _______ day of ______, 20__, by and between _______ (“employer”), and ________ (“employee”). The parties recite that :
A.           Employer is engaged in ________ and maintains business premises at _________.

B.            Employee is willing to be employed by employer, and employer is willing to employ employee, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. For the reasons set forth above, and in consideration of the mutual covenant and promises of the parties hereto, employer and employee covenant and agree as follows:

1.             AGREEMENT TO EMPLOY AND BE EMPLOYED
Employer hereby employs employee as _______ at the above-mentioned premises, and employee hereby accepts and agrees to such employment.

2.             DESCRIPTION OF EMPLOYEE’S DUTIES
Subject to the supervision and pursuant to the orders, advoce, and direction of employer, employee shal perform such duties as are customarily perfomed by one holding such position in order businesses or enterprises of the same or similar nature as that engaged in by employer. Employee shall additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as maybe assigned to him from time to time by employer. 

3.             MANNER OF PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE’S DUTIES
Employee shall at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience, and talent, perform all duties that maybe required of and from his pursuant to the express and implicit terms hereof, to the reasonable satisfaction of employer. Such duties shall be rendered at the above-mentioned premises and at such other place or places as employer shall in good faith require or as the interests, needs, business, and opportunities of employer shall require or make advisable.

4.             DURATION OF EMPLOYEMENT
The term of employment shall be _____ years, comencing on ________, 19__, and terminating __________, 19___, subject, however, to prior termination as otherwise provided herein.

5.             COMPENSATION; REIMBURSEMENT
Employer shall pay employee and employee agrees to accept from employer, in full payment for employee’s services hereunder, compensation at the rate of _____ dollars ($____) per annum, payable _____. Employee shall devote all of his time, attention, knowledge, and skill solely and exclusively to the business and interests ofemployer, and employer shall be entitled to all benefits, emoluments, profits, or other issues arising from or incident to any all work, services, and adviceof employee. Employee expressly agrees that during the term hereof he will not be interested, directly or indirectly, in any form, fashion, or manner, as partner, officer, director, stockholder, advisor, employee, or any other form or capacity, in any other business similar to employer’s business or any allied trade, except that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to prevent or limit the right of employee to invest any of his surplus funds in the capital stock or other securities of any corporation whose stock or securities are publicly owned or are regularly traded on any public exchange, nor shall enything herein contained by deemed to prevent employee from investing or limitemployee’s right to invest his surplus funds in real estate.


























Perjanjian Pekerjaan

Perjanjian ini dibuat dan ditandatangani pada tanggal ______, bulan _____, 20__, antara ______ (“Perusahaan atau Pihak I”), dan ________ (“Karyawan atau Pihak II”). Kedua belah pihak menyetujui bahwa :

Pokok pengawasan dan mengikuti perintah, nasehat, dan petunjuk dari Pihak I, Pihak II akan melaksanakan tugas sebagaimana yang biasanya dilakukan oleh seorang pemegang posisi tersebut dalam bisnis lain atau perusahaan-perusahaan yang sifatnya sama atau serupa dengan yang digerakkan oleh Pihak I. Pihak II akan menyumbangkan tenanganya dan layanan yang tidak berhubungan dan pekerjaan yang telah diberikan kepadanya dari waktu ke waktu oleh Pihak I.

3.             CARA PELAKSANAAN KONTRAK PEKERJAAN PIHAK II
Pihak II akan tepat waktu, rajin, dan melakukan yang terbaik dari segala kemampuannya, pengalaman, dan bakat, melaksanakan segala tugas yang wajib dan dari perintah Pihak I untuk syarat-syarat yang cepat dan lengkap tersebut, untuk kepuasan yang beralasan dari Pihak I. Tugas-tugas tersebut akan dikerjakan di kantor yang telah disebutkan diatas dan ditempat lain atau tempat yang Pihak I akan membutuhkan kepercayaan yang baik atau kepentingan-kepentingan, kebutuhan, bisnis, dan kesempatan-kesempatan dari Pihak I akan membutuhkan atau membuat lebih baik.

4.             JANGKA WAKTU PEKERJAAN
Masa pekerjaan selama ______ tahun, mulai pada bulan _______, 19__, dan berakhir pada bulan _________, 19__, namun, dengan penghentian lebih dahulu sebagaimana yang telah ditetapkan dalam perjanjian ini.

5.             Imbalan; Ongkos Perkara
Pihak I harus membayar Pihak II dan Pihak II setuju untuk menerima dari Pihak I, upah penuh untuk pelayanan Pihak II dibawah ini, kompensasi sebesar $ ____ per tahun, dibayar ______. Sebagai tambahan, Pihak I akan memberi komisi kepada Pihak II untuk sedikit dan semua kebutuhan, biasa, dan pengadaan pengeluaran saat perjalanan yang diperintahkan oleh Pihak I.

6.             KESETIAAN PIHAK I TERHADAP KEPENTINGAN PIHAK I
Pihak II akan tekun dalam setiap waktunya, perhatian, pengetahuan, kemampuan yang semata-mata untuk bisnis dan kepentingan Pihak I, dan Pihak I berhak atas kepentingan, honorarium, laba, atau isu-isu lain yang berkembang atau kerjadian yang terjadi selama bekerja, pelayanan, dan nasehat dari Pihak II. Pihak II menyetujui bahwa selama masa tersebut tidak akan dipentingkan, secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, dalam bentuk apapun, kebiasaan, atau kapasitas lain, dalam bisnis serupa seperti bisnis Pihak I ataubergabung dalam perusahaan lain, kecuali tidak ada didalam perjanjian ini akan dianggap mencegah atau membatasi hak Pihak II dalam menanam segala kelebihan pembiayaan dalam modal saham atau jaminan lainnya dari perusahaan lain yang sahamnya atau jaminannya dimiliki atau biasanya diperdagangkan dalam pertukaran umum, tidak juga sesuatu yang didalam perjanjian ini yang berisi yang dianggap mencegah Pihak II dalam menanam modal atau membatasi hak-hak Pihak II dalam menanam modalnya dalam harta tak bergerak.

The Poor and The Rich


We are aware that an adult now, most visible of the rich and the poor state the difference. Rich in prosperous circumstances. and what happens with the poor? They are staying with the pathetic state. either because the rich are more effort to do something, or because poor people are lazy to achieve something, then things will remain as well. Poverty has become a matter for each State. It has done a lot for any Government to eradicate poverty, but unfortunately sometimes there is no change, it was not simply false.
Based on the pictures that have been there, seen very little difference between children who are in poverty by top artists around the world, that is Justin Bieber. In this state the same age, they have different things. First, the song may already have good food, healthy, nutritious. What about that poor child? The Meaning of Creative Writing

creative, I think it's creative to create something new based on ideas that we have. Creative also includes a stage where our brains to develop the system works. Creative is also a form of plagiarism rejected. because it is based on the creative power of our ability without imitating the work of others. whatever we have for our thinking is still based on it can be said to be creative. all works created either painting, sculpture, writing, singing, definitely has artistic value and were respectively created, because the author is so creative.

so, it can be concluded, it is creative writing, creating a creative writing by using the power of our imagination that we have. creative writing can also be served based on the state or the reader's interest, such as whether the writing is needed by the reader. usually form it may take the form of creative writing novels, comics, short stories, and others. why it is called creative writing? because of each story is different at present the story .. so, to create a form of creative writing was not difficult, just pour what is our idea and not imitate other people's work.
